You may also not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of any of our service (e.g. our prices and product listings) without our express written consent.

Pricing and Information Disclaimer

All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers,Measurmartreserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
The price of the product (which includes VAT unless otherwise stated) will be the price indicated in store or on the order pages when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. If there is an error, we will always be able to correct it. We will decide whether to reject your order containing the error or whether to contact you to ask you if you want us to process your order at the correct price.

Payment Methods offered

Cash on Delivery option is only applicable within United Arab Emirates.
Accepted payment methods for products and services ordered from www.measurmart.com include all Major Credit/Debit Cards and bank wire transfer. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Once we establish Credit history with a Company, we will accept Company Checks.

2. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
3. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
4. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
5. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Governing Law

The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of laws principals since UAE is our country of domicile. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
