Shipping Information:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order through online. All order request received before 2PM GMT Monday – Saturday  (except holidays) will be shipped within 48Hrs through our delivery services or our courier partners.

We offers Free FedEx / DHL Shipping on orders over 1000AED and is valid for shipments around UAE.

For international shipment the estimate shipping cost shall be provided prior to delivery after taking volumetric estimation from carriers, such as DHL or FedEx & expected delivery time shall be from 7-12 days

Warranties and Return Policy 

DEFECTIVE products can be returned directly to Measurmart within 7 days from the invoice date for replacement, exchange or repair.

Most of our products are shipped out with a warranty, so if there is any manufacturer fault in your shipment, please contact us and we will advise you on the next step. If, however, the defect is from our end, we will accept your product and exchange it for a new one.

Shipping charges on returned items are the customer’s responsibility.

All products returned in  complete and containing original manufacturer boxes with all accessories and documentation will receive credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-cancelable and non-returnable:

1. Order with non-return policy
2. Calibration services performed on your new product purchase
3. Spare part items or accessories such as batteries, Test leads or software
4. Shipping fees

Incase of refunds it shall be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
